We live in a world where people want recognition, credit, and applause for various accomplishments. However, for a servant of the Lord, we should be sure to give credit where it is truly due. We find an example of this in the pages of the prophet Daniel.  

Most of us know what it feels like to walk into a classroom on the day of a final exam. If we have prepared, then there is a general sense of confident optimism. On the other hand, if we are unprepared, there is a sense of anxiety or even dread. So, the same test brings the potential for either confidence or shame. Often when we think of witnessing for the Lord, we naturally think of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. While this is often the case and very important, it is good to remember that how we conduct our daily lives is a witness, too.

While we can be thankful for many well-known Christians, it is good to remember those who serve the Lord faithfully in either the background or are simply less known.
